When I added up the hours you had saved me (working on a response of something in excess of 40 CV’s to scan – not the fastest thing for me to do) the fees pallor into a different, and far less significant, ball park – I definitely went for the right option.
Having focused my mind and spent some of the time you saved me on thinking through the whole strategy of my company at the moment I decided now was to time to go for broke and get the whole set up organised and recruited no less that 3 of the candidates you forwarded to me. Sheena and Tara have now joined me (great stuff as both available to start immediately). Hannah is starting on Wednesday – all for a variety of levels, hours and wages. I am absolutely thrilled and starting to feel calmer and more positive already. Obviously the initial period is going to be manic in getting 3 staff on board and up to date with all my clients but I think that this summer I might even get time to appreciate my garden a little more.
As a bonus I also met another couple of people who may still be able to play a part in my company as sub-contracted assistance if I can grow my client base as quickly as I hope to.
