VACANCY: Trainee Sales & Account Managers

CLIENT CHALLENGE: To recruit for 3 positions of varying seniority with a limited recruitment budget.

MaxAd SOLUTION: Using our expertise we were able to write an optimised advert that encompassed all 3 positions within a single advertisement. This is difficult to achieve as online job board response statistics illustrate that a single advert for multiple positions attract markedly less response

RESULT: A high quality response from the advert resulted in two Account Managers and one Trainee Sales Consultant being hired.
