VACANCY: Sales Manager x1 / Deputy Manager x3

CLIENT CHALLENGE: To hire 3 experienced Retail Managers with a solid background in specialist high value retail product sales for 3 locations across Scotland (1 remote location) whilst maintaining complete anonimity for the client (who did not wish for competitors to know it was expanding).

MaxAd SOLUTION: We selected the most appropriate national, local and retail industry specific job boards to pinpoint retail candidates searching for work in the area.

RESULT: Our optimised advert attracted strong candidate interest. All CVs were then screened by MaxAd. After telephone interviews 10 quality candidates matching the strict criteria were selected for interview and the 4 positions were successfully filled as a result.
