ClLIENT CHALLENGE: A marketing manager was required to deliver a broad range of marketing activities during a time of exciting growth. The marketing manager was required to plan and carry out a range of marketing activities to drive sales growth to both new and existing customers. They needed to be within a commutable distance, with relevant experience and in the correct salary bracket.

MaxAd SOLUTION: MaxAd created a complete recruitment advertisement from scratch stating the experience needed for this client’s sector. Fully screened a number of CV’s, creating a shortlist for the Sales Director, who would not have had time to deal with this directly himself, due to his own time constraints.

RESULT: 62 applications; 16 CV’s sent, 4 interviews, 1 successful hire!
