VACANCY: Receptionist

CLIENT CHALLENGE: To quickly recruit a front of house receptionist to run a busy corporate reception area for a £19Million turnover company. This was a critical hire for the company to get right but required rapid execution due to the sudden departure of the previous employee. The client was seeking someone who would see this as a long term role.

MaxAd SOLUTION: MaxAd successfully created an optimised recruitment advertisement to attract candidates with the specific skill set. MaxAd then fully screened all applications to come up with a viable shortlist in order for the client to choose whom to interview.

Result: 541 applications, 12 CV’s sent, 6 interviews, 1 hired!
