VACANCY: Factory Operatives

CLIENT CHALLENGE: To quickly recruit multiple operatives that were essential to business operations. Had previously used a job board independently, however found response was low, and quality of candidates poor. Furthermore the client also spent a lot of time filtering relevant CV’s.

MaxAd SOLUTION: MaxAd successfully created an optimised recruitment advertisement to attract candidates with a specific skill set. MaxAd successfully recruited 4 staff from one campaign within 2 weeks, and was so efficient that the campaign was immediately re-run in order for MaxAd to find fresh applicants for their next requirement.

RESULT: 74 application, 11 CV’s sent, 8 interviews, 4 hired!
