VACANCY: Transport Manager

CLIENT CHALLENGE: The client had little knowledge of the recruitment process and needed guiding through it in order to successfully recruit a Transport Manager in a rural location. Created an advert from scratch and advised on best job title for the salary offered. The location was a difficulty, as candidates needed to be within a sensible commute in order to be on site at 7am each day and also be on call if necessary.

MaxAd SOLUTION: MaxAd used a multitude of job boards in order to gain maximum candidate attraction, whilst also using specific job boards for purposes of location. Fully screened all candidates and made sure they were aware of commute and responsibilities of the role.

RESULT: 185 applications; 15 CV’s sent, 5 interviews, 1 successful hire!
