VACANCY: Contact Centre Agents (Outbound)

CLIENT CHALLENGE: To rapidly grow their outbound sales operation from 9 to 100 members. Rigid personnel selection criteria existed for the highly regulated Financial Services sector. Their clients were also Blue Chip FTSE 100 companies demanding the highest calibre of staff. Furthermore, their office location was in an area where many other contact centres were located too so candidates were scarce. MaxAd was asked to help.

MaxAd SOLUTION: MaxAd created compelling adverts which were posted across multiple local and national job boards in order to generate maximum candidate attraction in the competitive Portsmouth area. The advert also attracted University students and graduates locating to Portsmouth. The MaxAd inclusive process successfully telephone screened a large number of candidates which were then successfully recruited.

RESULT: The 100 positions were filled. The client continues to use MaxAd for their recruitment across all positions (Inbound, Outbound, Customer Care, Account Management), they have ceased with Newspaper advertising and using recruitment agencies, thus saving further costs.
